RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At www.biswin.com.my, your satisfaction is our first priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. But in the event you receive any faulty item, simply follow the instructions below.

• All Sales are final
• The goods sold are exchangeable for original defect items only. No cash refund
• Free-gifts of promotional packages are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable (if any)
• Orders cannot be cancelled once it is being processed. No refunds and cancellation will be entertained
• We do not entertain any return of products unless there is product damage which may affect the product quality
• In the event there is any defect/damage such as leakage of product sachets, customers have to make request of return in writing through email at biswininfo@gmail.com.my with clear enclosed photos, within and no more later than 7 calendar days from the date of purchase of the products
• In all cases, the products returned must be in their original condition, with the original packaging. The products will be inspected once product received by our company
• It is the responsibility of the customers to ensure the packaging of returned items are properly handled without any extraordinary damage until they reach to our warehouse
• These include the boxes, packaging and tags. www.biswin.com.my does not entertain any items that are returned with extraordinary damage

 

SHIPPING POLICY

 

• Shipping charges are to be borne by the sender with terms and conditions applied
• www.biswin.com.my will not be held responsible for missing parcels / lateness due to a third party’s delivery partner. However, we will help you with the process to track and enquire on your parcel
• All orders are processed for delivery in 10 working days, and may take up to 4 weeks to reach you depending on your location and force majeure events. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order is out for delivery
• Please bear with us and our shipping partners should there be a shipment delay relating to COVID-19, government orders and force majeure events. Processing times may also be extended during public holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions
• Please note that customs, duties and/or taxes are not included in our list price & shipping fee. All international orders are shipped with delivery duties unpaid (DDU), and any fees charged once it reaches its destination must be paid by the recipient
• Admin and shipping costs are non-refundable for customer returns. A restocking fee of 25% will be applied on orders of all items involved.

We will use reasonable efforts to comply with your request to access or correct your personal information within 21 days of receiving your request and the relevant processing fee.

Please note that we may have to withhold access to your personal information in certain situations, for example when we are unable to confirm your identity or where information requested for is of a confidential commercial nature or in the event we receive repeated requests for the same information.
